I was on the phone for two hours discussing rates and prices with an agent. Not once did they mention that the price they quoted was a promotional price. And not even two months later, they basically doubled my renting cost. I spent days moving everything in, so there’s not much I could’ve done. They get you stuck into the unit and double the cost I would not recommend coming here unless absolutely necessary. I bet U-Haul storage would have been a better option

Finally decided on a unit and not even two months later they doubled the storage cost. Not once in my phone call, did they mention a promotional price. Not much I can do after I spent two days moving everything in. So they basically trapped you into payments and almost doubled the cost just because they can. It’s a huge scam and would not recommend coming here unless absolutely necessary. I bet U-haul would not have done this.
