- HHHannah4 days ago5.0I've used this location 3 separate times to store my items and each time I've had no complaints. The cost has gone up and some additional fees have appeared over time (for example, I don't believe paying extra to have a first floor unit was a thing the first time I rented but now it is.) but I have been able to reuse my lock each time and been refunded the cost you get charged when booking online once I returned the unopened lock which they place in each unit at the beginning of your rental before you get there. This 3rd time renting as I was moving out of my unit, I misplaced my key to my lock and Rosie at the front desk spent 15-20 minutes of her workday an hour before the front office closed drilling out my lock so I could access my things (I was not charged for this but will update this review if anything changes regarding that). She was nothing but kind the entire time, even after breaking a sweat trying to get the pesky lock to come out of the latch, and even joked that lock had never given her this much trouble before. If I ever need to store my things again, I really don't think I'll go anywhere else in College Station (but I will have to shell out another $20 for a lock next time unfortunately. Nobody's fault other than my own for loosing the key but I'm annoyed with myself nonetheless). Thank you again Rosie for your help if you see this!!!
