Robert and Rich have so kindly handled my crazy storage process and situation (add a unit, give up a unit, get unit back, decide on a larger size unit... until a person ends up with 4 storage units). And they worked with me so graciously (absolutely genuine) each time I called up to the office to bother someone about acquiring, losing, or changing a storage unit. They made SURE that all 4 units were in the same building for my convenience. They even did their very best to get all of my units close together. I can't say enough good things I'm thankful to them for! Additionally, the facilities are very clean, accessible, and well-maintained. If you need something, someone is going to help you asap... I am probably going to be holding 2 of my storage units with them forever. Truly wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
