    I finally got a chance to come to At Home in person after buying from them online for a while. I found a ton of really cute home decor for great prices! My favorites were all of my Buddha decor. I got a large buddha painting for $45, marked down from $90! I also got some food canisters which I use to organize my ingredients for baking. The photo frames were especially well priced. Theres a ton of sales here, definitely worth a visit.

    Amazingly well run store! It's always cool when you run into someone who just "gets it" when it comes to customer service. Based on my recent phone call and visit to At Home, College Station, it's a part of the culture. It wasn't just one person. It was everyone I ran into. My experience started by calling the store and talking to Emily. She's one of the managers there. I was looking for a rug and was about to drive 90 minutes from Bastrop to get the rug. Emily immediately volunteered to verify the inventory. She also volunteered information that was helpful for me planning my trip and the vehicle I needed to do it. She also pulled it from the shelf and moved it to a reserved spot at the front of the store. When I arrived, I didn't have to hunt through the store. In fact, I didn't need to go more than 15' into the store. Then, without asking, a young man asked if I needed help loading it into my car. (I didn't get his name) It was a surprisingly delightful experience from start to finish. Thank you!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
