Absolutely the WORST experience ever! We purchased a Forno Range for a new home we’re building from the Lowe’s in Cleburne on March 7th. We were handed to a 3rd party CRC Home Solution for an install dare. This is where it went South real quick. They could never locate the range. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that wasn’t possible nor could they provide me a phone number or an email. Beyond frustrating!!! I was told on numerous occasions someone would call me back and it never happened. They would only refer me link to track my range. When I would what they suggested the location would stay at the place for weeks and not one person could answer a question. I do have to stay, Stephanie from the Appliance section of Lowe’s has been ad helpful as she could be. I see that CRC Solutions had a 1 star on Yelp and horrible reviews. Today I cancelled my order $4,200 and purchased a Forno from Texas Appliance being delivered tomorrow. Such a waste of time.

So even the bait and switch happens here.
They place white buckets on every endcap with the lowe's emblem the sign above says $4.58 you get to check out and those buckets are actually $7.58, i am formed the lady that the price was wrong. She told me to go take a picture of the price of where I got the buckets, 1 buy the 10 at a time. So I went and took pictures of five endcaps with the white buckets and their price. She said they're all in the wrong spot with wrong prices. Those are for the blue buckets. I'm sorry you can't buy them for that price. Then, canceled my order on the self. Checkout and walked away.Thank you so much for making my choice of where to shop So much easier. Heading over to home depot.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
