- ALAlex list LedezmaFeb 3, 20261.0This location was very disappointing, today I went to purchase a sink, and got very poor service within the time span of 130-2 pm Today February 3rd as being a female and just getting off work at the hospital being a Nurse, I received poor service from several individuals when asked if there can be help assisted to my car with several items I purchased here and got told they “to busy “. Just plain laziness and disrespect honestly if you don’t like your job then dont do it I ended up taking initiative and doing my best to take my sink to my car. Treat others how you want to be treated if your mother, family member, grandparents or friends was a customer then you treat people equally and kindly. It’s sad to see the lack kindness that men had working here didn’t want to help a women out because you don’t know what people go through behind closed doors. I really expect better from this place especially already being in Cleburne, hospitality should highly be worked on, and flirting with other workers in front of customers should be left at home you are working to get payed not working to get layed. :) Have a blessed day.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
