  This company goes out of their way to ensure the best customer service. I live with my girls and built this pool in 2020 and from freezes to maintenance to repairs, they have been responsive and kind. I would never choose another. Highly recommend.

  I reached out to Southern Charm a little panicked with our pool pump not running before a time-sensitive engagement at our house. Gevin with service had us scheduled the next morning, reached out in advance to request photos of our equipment so he could stock up on possible replacement parts, and showed up with the breaker we needed to bring the pump motor back to life. I am grateful for their expedience and responsiveness! And the pricing was very reasonable.
