  I reached out to Southern Charm a little panicked with our pool pump not running before a time-sensitive engagement at our house. Gevin with service had us scheduled the next morning, reached out in advance to request photos of our equipment so he could stock up on possible replacement parts, and showed up with the breaker we needed to bring the pump motor back to life. I am grateful for their expedience and responsiveness! And the pricing was very reasonable.

  This review is long overdue. Southern Charm Pools built our pool a little over three years ago, and we couldn’t be happier. Our pool is absolutely beautiful. From the design phase through construction, the entire experience was phenomenal. Finding a company that truly treats you like a friend or family rather than just another customer is rare these days. The owner, Chris, was always available to answer questions, and Gevin, our project manager, was consistently reachable, diligent, and genuinely invested in completing the project to the highest standard. Even now, years later, we called them during a freeze and they continue to be incredibly responsive and helpful, always guiding us to make sure we enjoy our pool for many years to come. That level of care speaks volumes.I would absolutely recommend Southern Charm Pools to anyone looking for an outstanding pool company that truly cares about their customers and, of course, builds beautiful pools.

  I would highly recommend Southern Charm for a pool build. Made the process very easy and were helpful in explaining each process. After completion did a fantastic job on the start up.

  We are first time in-ground pool owners thanks to the Southern Charm Pools crew! As with any construction project, there will be “opportunities” it’s how those challenges are handled that make or break the project. When we hit a hurdle before we started construction everyone on the team came together to figure out solutions that then turned into actions, keeping us in the loop throughout. We are happy with the entire process from the first visit with Chris, to meeting with Beth and Mary to talk money and selections to daily interaction with Mike and his talented construction crew and finally Gevin teaching us everything we need to know at Pool School. We now have a beautiful backyard we will enjoy for years!

  We had an incredible experience building our pool with Southern Charms Pools, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the very beginning, design phase, their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. The entire team, offered great suggestions that truly made the finished product even better than we envisioned. From the construction phase to the final touches, Mike Odom was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was always responsive, patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every question we had was answered. Mike helped guide us through the entire construction and build process. What really stood out was that even after the pool was completed, Mike has continued to be just as responsive and helpful whenever I reach out. That kind of ongoing support says a lot about his character and commitment to customer satisfaction. The owners, Chris and his wife Beth, were also wonderful to work with. They were always available when we needed them. They both were also very patient, and helped guide us when we had a difficult time making a decision. Mary was incredibly helpful in the showroom, making sure we understood all of our options and helping us make the best choices for our space and budget. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their customers and take pride in their work. The entire process, from scheduling and communication to the construction timeline, was smooth, transparent, and well-organized. Every phase was completed as promised, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. The contractors are also very professional and also helped answering any questions we had throughout the build. If I ever have the opportunity to build another pool, I would choose Southern Charms Pools again without hesitation. They made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable and exciting experience, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool, you won’t be disappointed!
