I’m a lifeline Lowe’s consumer, hands down! Simply because of the service, knowledge and support for Veterans.
I frequent the Prosper location that does a great job acknowledging their support for Veterans and Gold Star Families.
This is my second trip and I would have hoped there would be more parking for Veterans. There is only ONE and it’s on the other side of the entrance, like an afterthought really…but hey, PROs are running TWELVE deep with their own cart returns! Wow! #optics
Oh well…

Not friendly to older folks in my opinion, could use training in basic manners. Front end associates not happy, felt like I was getting my drivers license. Purchased 15 bags of soil and loaded it in truck myself, while 5 associates and Mgr watched me. WHAT! Embarrassed for what happened also someone muttled under there breath as I drove off. Might want to contact me. Ty

My order went missing per a third party delivery vendor, and they do not accept responsibility. I made a simple purchase for lawn equipment, and this is the first hardware store that I’ve encountered that takes money for a purchase, does not deliver a product, and expects the customer to clean up a logistical error made on their end. I’m left out without the money I spent and no equipment. The store management would not take my call on multiple occasions, and I’ve reached out to corporate for help. I’m a new resident of Celina, and this is the worst encounter I’ve had with a store.

I want to take a moment to recognize Ms. Reem for the incredible service she provided while helping us with our barbecue grill. From start to finish, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Not only did she know exactly what she was doing, but she took her time to make sure everything was handled properly and safely as we got the grill onto the truck.
What stood out the most, though, was her spirit. Ms. Reem is truly a beautiful soul—inside and out. You can’t teach that kind of presence. She made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and cared for, and that means more than anything.
Employees like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized. Please make sure she receives the acknowledgment, accolades, and honestly, the raise she has earned. She represents your store in the best possible way.
Thank you again, Ms. Reem—we truly appreciate you.

I recently had another great experience with the paint department at Lowe’s in Celina, Texas, and I wanted to recognize the excellent service there. Every time I visit, the team is helpful, professional, and efficient, but Gavin especially stands out.
Gavin is incredibly friendly and always remembers my name, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really leaves an impression. He is also very quick and efficient at his job. Whether he is helping with paint selection, mixing paint, or answering questions, he gets everything done smoothly and with confidence. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers.
One of the things that makes Gavin especially memorable is his Irish accent, which makes him easy to recognize right away. If you are in the Celina Lowe’s paint department and happen to hear his Irish brogue, definitely stop and say hello. He is a pleasure to talk to and brings a lot of positive energy to the department.
The entire paint department deserves praise for being organized, helpful, and easy to work with, but Gavin truly goes above and beyond. Employees like him make a big difference in the customer experience. Lowe’s is lucky to have someone so personable, hardworking, and dependable on their team. I highly recommend the paint department at the Celina Lowe’s to anyone needing paint or advice for a project.
