  We had a delightful shopping experience at Lowe's Celina. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Wendell. He took the time to walk us around the store to make sure we got everything we needed on our list and was knowledgeable about the store's products. Look forward to our next visit! 😀

  I called the place about an air compressor that was less online harassment air compressor for $99 online. It said that they had some in stock so I called before I go there to make sure they had it and they told me they had none I said can I come inside the store and order it online? They got all upset with me telling me no I can’t and it’s not $99. It’s more than that it’s full price I said so you have some and he goes at full price not for 99 first he told me he had none and then after he tells me he has some, but I had to pay full price. I said well the online it tells you $99 and he says he doesn’t care that I had to pay the full price so I didn’t go there and I went to Home Depot. I paid more but fine. At least I got the truth and I paid more over there. I don’t mind it. I’d rather deal with somebody was more honest.

  Arrived 11 min before closing. As we walked in I was told that the store was closing and that it would be better if I came back tomorrow. I said I needed a couple of items and I would be quick. The guy working lumber told me to hurry or we would be locked in. We left and when I started my truck to leave the clock showed 8:57. So much for customer service!!! I’ll just drive to home depot and Ace.
