  As we try to put the nightmare of owning a pool that failed due to ASR and poor workmanship behind us, Tina and Michael from TP&P were able to restore the confidence and excitement one would expect when buying a new pool. We chose TP&P because of the new pool design coupled with the higher value pool builder characteristics that matter to us as compared to competitive alternatives. Tina and Michael provided exceptional customer service from start to finish of the design and contract phase. Based on our discussion of new pool specifications and plans, we are confident Michael will manage the demo and new pool build to deliver on our vision.

  Texas Pools & Patios completed our pool in 2022 and we love it! They’ve been out here doing some warranty work and it’s been a great experience! Robert has been incredible to work with! He has been communicating with us regularly throughout the process, he has been thorough, and he has done what he said he was going to do. A huge thank you to Robert for making this a painless process!

  They built a beautiful pool…hands down. However there were some issues at the beginning and I was not informed of all the issues and/or steps as well as messing up current structures on my property. The work was done quickly and they were there when scheduled. So during the project was good and the PM communicated effectively. Now that the project is complete it appears things were left unfinished and I was never told I was responsible for until contacting the PM. In addition the “pool school” that is suppose to show you everything about the pool was not the best. The guy was super nice, but it was mainly just to get the app working and chemicals to add. I’m currently at a loss as to parts I still need to keep the pool clean as in vacuuming etc. I’m trying to work with the PM currently, but it appears I will be hiring another company to come teach me about my pool and help me with the issues. I 100% would approve the pool but the before and after has left be very frustrated. I highly recommend shopping around and gaining information about pool construction because I feel like since I didn’t know anything I got taken advance of. They build a beautiful pool but the bother and now dealing with the after is unfortunate.

  We have to echo others on this site. TPP was really amazing to work with! They are kind, honest, and responsive. They got started on time and were not disruptive to the site or neighbors. They worked well with other contractors on site, and finished project on time and on budget. We are incredibly happy with the final product. Pricing was competitive with other quotes we received, and JC was great to work with! We would recommend them to anyone, and knowing what we know now would choose them all over again!
