  I had a very poor experience at this store and would not recommend it. I came in looking for a couple of replacement parts for my pool and showed them to an employee. He immediately told me they didn’t have them. When I asked if he could double-check with the supplier or see if something similar was available, he became visibly annoyed. He went to the back of the store and returned saying they had actually found the parts I needed. I then asked a few basic questions—such as the price, whether they were the exact same parts, and how soon they could be delivered. He became increasingly irritated and responded in a rude and dismissive manner. At that point, I felt uncomfortable with the way I was being treated, so I decided to leave the store.

  I’ve been coming to Poolwerx in Cedar Park for 14 years now. I always get my pool chemicals here and have used their service department several times too—Joey is a rock star and she always goes above beyond no matter how big or small the job is to make sure it done right. Justin, the store manager, and the rest of the staff are always super helpful. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and understand everything you need to know about your pool. Highly recommend this spot if you’ve got a pool and want people who actually care and know what they’re doing.

  Justin and Troy are true professionals And always customer service oriented when visiting r on the phone. This is the only pool supply store we will use in the future. Thank you for always helping with the right answers.

  Be aware that this is a very disreputable franchise location. I took my robot in to be repaired which was completed and poolwerx was paid. I then found out that they did not return my control box with the unit but instead replaced it with a lower capability model (not controllable by app). i returned to the store and politely pointed out the error at which point they asked me to contact the repair person they use for the service to investigate the issue. When I hesitated to call their employee to rectify the situation they agreed to take my name and number and would call me back. I have now been returning to the store for approximately four months and have continued to be delayed without resolution. The guy working there just professes surprise no one has called me or gotten my unit back to me even though he is the one who takes my name and number each time. The last time I called I politely asked if I would have to pursue a remedy theough some legal action since they have taken advantage of my patience and politeness for four months and the same gentleman acted offended that I would "threaten legal action". How embarrassing that they would even put me in a situation where I would have to say that. At this point it is theft of property and im having to get an attorney friend to address the matter. I recommend you not use this location or, at a minimum, document your interactions and take pics of the equipment you leave them. Luckily I had done that as I was attempting research on the issues. I have yet to receive one proactive call from thr store despite my four months of repeated attempts to simply get my property returned.

  A driver of the blue bottom pool and spa truck was extremely rude. When the lanes merge on 183, not only did he not want to take turns, he laid on the horn and gave me the evil eye. As an owner of a business, you would want to represent your company well when driving your company vehicle. I think that reflects on what type of character is running this business. Highly do not recommend giving business to a man who feels entitled and tries to belittle random people.
