I was using it by my computer at home. And forgot it there! So, I asked the manager if she could put everything on the side for me, as I was gonna go home and get my card, and I didn't want to spend more time again picking up everything. She told me "we don't do this here" with a rude and arrogant face. I again asked her and explained to her that I was gonna be back, and it was almost $300 that we were gonna spend, and she said "no, we don't do this here. So, we tried to take pictures of the big items we need and some small items so we know what we need when we gobto another location because we decided to not go back to this store again! And we walked away. Sadly, I left the cart there. And this store lost $300 because that hater, arrogant and mean manager didn't want to hold the cart for us. She behaved like she owned the store I wondering how did she got taht position? We went to the Georgetown location and told the manager there at that location what is a different location about this situation, and he said "how come?" And he told us let me know if you need us to hold anyfor you we can hold until the end of the day thos is a police! He also told us to post this review and maybe the corporation will see this and do something. In times like this, where I can just go to my phone and place an order on Amazon or any other website, a manager should not be rude or arrogant with any customer, and the company should be training their employees better to not say no to money. We customers have the choice to shop somewhere, but your store doesn't have the choice to get our business back. Situations like this are what make businesses go bankrupt, and managers like this are also the reason stores like Joan Fabric close. In this time, where people aren't worried about local businesses or loval economy anf love to scroll true their phone and shopping at the conform of their sofa to prevent them to need to dealing with managers like this one, the corporation must and should be setting up some rules that apply to all stores. We comsumer have the choices taht you business don't keep this in mind. And stay woke because 2026 will not be easy.
