They say its due to adjustment of market conditions, but do they do they lower your rate for the market conditions? This is simple bait and switch. AVOID at all costs, they get you once you've got everything stored and you have paid all of the upfront costs. I have proof and this, see my lovely postcard!

I needed to change my credit card to my new business account, I am so glad I did because I saw my next bill due was going to be $168. When I signed up I repeatedly asked if my bill would stay at $88 dollars the entire time, they replied, "There is a chance it could but I highly doubt it. You should have this rate for a long time." That rate lasted 3 months. I will be cancelling my account and finding a new facility. Other places were around the $150/month price but Extra Space insisted the rate of $88 would not change. Nice bait and switch, you almost got me. Do not believe this company when they say your rate will not change.
