I returned the toilet, received a refund and re-ordered it. Now Lowe's is charging me $485.70 plus tax "because the sale ended". So not only did they make an incomplete delivery now they are also charging me a higher price for the same item. This is extremely disappointing and a rip off. The number just provided is just an AI hotline that is not helpful at all. Another minus point for Lowes.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
