    I have used the Kiosk in the past and it worked great. The last time was not so great - the keys didn't work. Minute Key made it right and gave me a refund. Much Appreciated.

    The keys were made pretty quickly, and there were many choices to select for the key's designs. However, I kept getting errors when I tried to pay with a Lowe's credit card since I was at Lowe's. Finally I had to ask for help. The Lowe's employee advised that the machine did not take Lowe's credit card as a form of payment. I hope going forward, 1) the error message tells the customer that the store credit card won't be accepted, and 2) since the machine is at the Lowe's store, I would hope you would accept the store credit card to make it easier for customers to pay.
