    Unhelpful check out staff. Alyssa at the checkout counter didn't want to help and when we explained that the item was too large to be brought to the lane she still insisted that it be brought there. There was no one in the queue. And the whole entrance was blocked for everyone.

    Extremely disappointed. I purchased a toilet during Black Friday Sale for $449.98 plus tax. The toilet was delivered with a missing toilet bowl. I returned the toilet, received a refund and re-ordered it. Now Lowe's is charging me $485.70 plus tax "because the sale ended". So not only did they make an incomplete delivery now they are also charging me a higher price for the same item. This is extremely disappointing and a rip off. The number just provided is just an AI hotline that is not helpful at all. Another minus point for Lowes.

    I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s in Carrollton! The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. I was especially impressed with how quickly they assisted me at checkout and offered helpful advice for my project. Whether you’re tackling a small home improvement or a larger renovation, this Lowe’s location is top-notch. Highly recommend!

    I come into this Lowe’s a lot, I have to confess this Lowe’s is the best that I’ve been to because of a manager at this location named Larry! Man this guy is professional to and detailed for your home needs. Larry has assisted me with my first gas and barbecue grill and today was for a security device for my home. Lowe’s needs to recognize this gentleman for the not only for the manager he is, but his ability to relate and understand the customers. Truly don’t feel like I’ve ever been “just sold” anything! Instead I feel educated with product information to what I need. Provides all the information and will make sure you don’t leave questioning your purchase. Also, it’s nice walking into a store to not only being remembered but knowing you’re valued and cared for as a customer. No matter how busy they are when you walk in, a greeting is always provided. Hands-down a 10 star recognition is deserving to Larry and his crew! Bravo.

    My wife & I are having a baby shower on 1/15/26, and we have no outdoor furniture so we ordered a sofa through Lowe's on 12/20/25. It was scheduled to arrive early. On 12/27/25 I was notified that the delivery address on my order was changed to Rowling Heights, CA. I chat with a live agent from Lowes who assured me the shipment is actually coming to my address in TX. After I hung up, I wasn't convinced. I called Fedex. They said Lowes likely requested a new address. On 12/31 I called Lowes and they told me it was actually going to CA, but they couldnt do anything to re-route the order (this was before it was delivered). That employee told me that Lowes would make things right by sending me a new sofa, and tracking number should be coming that day. It never came. I called back and instead of fixing the delivery or giving me an immediate refund, I was told it's the vendor's fault, and that I need to wait another 48 hours - they had talked to the vendor and wanted to see if they'll ship me the new sofa. It was also hinted to me that if I ask for a manager, I could get my $600 of giftcards refunded via email. The vendor never reached out to me. I called Lowes once again (at least 5hrs of calls and chats at this point), and they told me they couldnt resend the product. The only option, they told me was to request a refund, where that process takes 10 days and more to send via the mail. I asked for an electronic giftcard refund for my purchase. I need a sofa prior to then, so I'm probably going to have to pay for this out of pocket without it and be stuck with $600 at lowes that I dont need to use. They rejected my request for electronic delivery and are sitting with my money for next 10+ days. All said, they'll have had my $ for ~1 month without a product, after telling me one thing only to have not actually followed through on their verbal contract and to actually go back on their word after. ...Every time I called back I learned they didn't follow through on promises
