    Hello their so I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years or more so let me just say I never had a issue with my account until last month and today 11/22/2025 so we get a call that we are behind on some couches that are due on the 15 of every month.ok fine but our payments are scheduled to be take. Out by the end of the month the recliner that is supposed to be due on the 15th are the same recliners that are scheduled on the 26th so either their is a mistake on my end or it is the store because I have my account open and i only see 4 items that are scheduled at the end of the month so i call Aaron’s because I’m getting calls like crazy about my account being past due then I have guys show up to basically take my items back but then my wife lets them know the situation and they are like they apologize that we are the 5th customer that is going through this kind you I’m stuck at work while this is happening so again I contact Aaron’s to try to figure out why is going on and some lady name Maria answered and she already sounds like she hates her job I try to explain my situation and you can already hear it in her voice that she is done with the conversation I’m sorry but I’m frustrated this is the second time this is happening and then we have guys coming to my home trying to take our stuff so she told me that I can wait until Monday to talk with the manager Jose for someone else to explain it to me excuse me man I’m not stupid I understood everything she was telling me but if my account have scheduled payment dates why am I behind on a bill that I don’t have on my account either way this lady was very rude and I have corporates number and I will be calling them on this location 1235 S Josey Ln Ste 525 Carrollton tx 75006 again I have never had a problem with my payments before but if the customer is paying on time then maybe the employees are scamming or stealing but this location needs to be audited hopefully this is not happening to anyone else Again her name is Maria a very rude person

    Aarons is awesome Juan and Bryan are very sweet nice friendly strong to and the young Anna she was very sweet as well and the merchandise was great I recommend this place and these people I have been to other places and the delivery men are rude but these were very sweet Blessings to them and never change

    This is hands down the best Aaron's. The staff is a plus. Quality always excellent. Juan is one of there newer mangers he is so helpful and informative. I thought he'd been working for Aaron's for years. Very friendly. We need more people like him representing Aaron's. He's a keeper!

    My experience with the Carrollton Store has been Excellent!!! The Store Clerk-Anna was very patient and made a valiant attempt to help me. She has excellent customer service skills and empathy that makes her great to work with, an absolute joy. Also, Juan the Store Manager was a great help, very kind, proficient follow up skills, patient, and knowledgeable. What was so amazing about my experience, I wasn’t even their customer. They saw a person in need and both of these individuals came to my aide. I am a proud Aaron Rents Customer now; because of these two wonderful people, who cared enough to help me with a problem I was having with another Aaron Rents store. I only wish the Carrollton store was close enough to service me. Continue the great work Anna and Juan!!!
