- SKShaquitha Kirven3 days ago1.0This is the worst location ever. Maria is a very rude and horrible human. Her listening skills are non-existent she answers the phone dry puts you on hold without saying that she is about to do. I am going to find every avenue I can to complain about her and this location. I was delivered a very dirty used mattress delt with horrible customer service and broken promises for two weeks. Upon an actual visit to the store I stood at the counter for I know what was 5 minutes before she ever said anything to me. Once I voiced my complaints she went in the office and proceeded to speak ill of me in Spanish. Never judge a book by it's cover.

He finished in half the time it takes 2 people. Really great guy! Thank you so much! You did great!

However, this establishment’s associate’s just leered at us as we looked around at a messy furniture store. We didn’t get a goodbye nor thank you for visiting. The store was a mess! Mattresses scattered about like a tornado hit the space with stains on them. After visiting the store for the first time, we believe this location should look into closing. We are taking our business elsewhere to a clean and polite furniture store.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
