The blonde haired lady with black glasses at the garden center register today @5pm couldn’t even work the register properly. first, she couldn’t scan my items and then on top of that she couldn’t even charge me properly!! I handed her cash and she acted like she didn’t know what to do with it??? maybe she needs to be reassigned to stocking the shelves or something 😖

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a washer that leaked ruining our floor. Six weeks later we still can't wash clothes, and no one in management has any authority to do anything about our problem. They play the blame game between the third party installers and then the machine manufacturer, and have left us hanging. Absolutely will not go to this store ever again.

I was looking for a very specific type of tree, I had bought 2 but needed 3 more. Every time that I called (which was almost every day for 2 weeks) somebody answered the phone quickly. When I bought the 2 in stock I had mentioned that I need 3 more and the lady that helped me took my name and number to let me know when they received more. She called me as soon as they came in and had my name on them waiting up front. This is exceptional customer service and I am blown away with the follow through. My only regret is not remembering the name of the employee that went above and beyond for me!
