I handed her cash and she acted like she didn’t know what to do with it??? maybe she needs to be reassigned to stocking the shelves or something 😖

Six weeks later we still can't wash clothes, and no one in management has any authority to do anything about our problem. They play the blame game between the third party installers and then the machine manufacturer, and have left us hanging. Absolutely will not go to this store ever again.

Every time that I called (which was almost every day for 2 weeks) somebody answered the phone quickly. When I bought the 2 in stock I had mentioned that I need 3 more and the lady that helped me took my name and number to let me know when they received more. She called me as soon as they came in and had my name on them waiting up front. This is exceptional customer service and I am blown away with the follow through. My only regret is not remembering the name of the employee that went above and beyond for me!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
