    Lowe's had much better customer service than Home Depot! I needed an all-in-one washer/dryer unit delivered to my 3rd floor apartment, Home Depot said they would only deliver to the 2nd floor, not the 3rd, then offered to lease me a furniture dolly. I called Lowe's and they said they would deliver to any floor. When I got to the store, the employee knew who I was from the phone call and gave me the best service. She suggested things I would need, let me pick a delivery date and even the 4hr delivery window that worked for me. The driver arrived within the first hour of my 4hr delivery window. The delivery men did struggle to get the unit up the stairs due to it being 370lbs but they were so professional about it. They got everything installed, set up and made sure it worked before leaving.

    I was attempting to use the self-service kiosk to check out. I was prompted to scan my ID when trying to apply my military discount. There was a note below it that said I am not required to scan my ID and to contact an associate for assistance. The associate assigned to the kiosks immediately told me I was required to scan my ID, no questions asked. Needless to say, I left without my purchase and won't be back.

    I was looking for the freeze Miser for my faucets.For the upcoming winter storm. I could not find it , but I found Marcus , one of the stockers there. He Immediately stopped what he was doing and looked it up.Not only did he tell me where it was.He took me their personally and we found it. Then I was looking for Sterno.\nWhich he had to ask someone else, And I was informed , they did not carry that. So I just want to say my overall experience was fantastic.Thanks to Marcus

    I was the very lucky winner at this store of the $2,000 in-store appliance credit that they gave out during Black Friday! Lowe's is amazing in general for doing such a thing, but this Lowe's store is our absolute favorite! We actually have been going to this store for years for various needs and have never had a bad experience. I absolutely want to commend the store manager of this store! While people were waiting in line at the early hours of Black Friday, there was a group of people who cut the line and told everyone that was telling them to get to the back of the line and be fair to screw off (they actually said worse, but I'll keep this PG-13). The store manager came out and started to tell everyone in line how everything was going to work and a couple of people approached them and let them know about the group that had cut. The group of people tried telling the store manager that that was a lie and that they had been there in that spot for over an hour. The SM (so sorry, I forget their name!) then went and checked the cameras and confirmed that they in fact had not been there and told them that they needed to get to the back of the line or leave. I heard of this happening at other stores, but those store's store managers didn't do anything about it. Had the SM of this store not done that and been fair, I would have not received a bucket at all, never mind get the bucket with the golden ticket. As someone who has also been a manager, I truly commend what they did!! The store manager and a lot of the employees were so happy for me winning, and we all took photos together! The SM helped me pick out my appliance (I got a fridge!) and explained the whole process and made it all seamless. Such a great experience, and we will, of course, continue to shop at this store. Please give this store manager a raise! They absolutely deserve it. Thank you so much!!
