Been to Burleson Lowe’s many times. I don’t think I’ve ever had any issues. Nice store. Friendly & helpful people.

Not great. But sometimes Home Depot is out of somthing I need and I go here. It's affordable, but often I find the people to be grumpy and I'm not treated well but the men working here. I will say the bathrooms have always been spotless which brings it up at least 1 star.

Edit: Lowe’s 1800 customer service offered a $25 gift card and said that is the best they can do. I’m out hundreds of dollars and I can maybe purchase a pack of AA batteries with their recompense. The ASM at the store was also zero help. I’ve been a regular at this Lowe’s for years. Bought appliances, lumber, paint, you name it. This time I needed ten boxes of a certain tile. The tile “expert” pulled stock, took my money, loaded my truck, and sent me on my way. Not one associate checked the dye lot codes. I didn’t think to either. Figured if they’re grabbing it, it’s all the same run. Got home, opened the boxes, and started installing. By the third row I could see it: two of the cartons were visibly darker, like someone cranked the contrast up 20%. Side by side in daylight it’s glaring. One section looks charcoal, the other looks almost black. I pulled the labels and saw two different dye lots. Classic mismatch. Went back with photos, labels, and the receipt. Asked for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The manager said, “You should’ve checked the boxes before you left. We don’t take back installed or opened product. It’s your responsibility, not ours” This is why I came to Lowe’s, I didn’t know! I needed help ensuring I wouldn’t make mistakes and was let down. So now I’m stuck with mismatched tile I can’t use, and lose money because your staff doesn’t know (or care) to match dye lots, and management thinks that’s my fault. Lowe’s, train your people. Check the damn codes. And maybe don’t blame the customer when your associates fail. I’ll be taking the rest of my projects (and my money) to the other stores that actually give a damn about their customers. I come to you because I am not an expert and expect the associates to know more than me. They don’t, and when they get it wrong it’s your fault, not theirs. Lowe’s current motto is: Lowe’s knows home improvement. Don’t be surprised if they don’t. Because, they will blame you for not knowing. Why would I ever go back? ZERO stars if I could.

Received excellent customer service from everyone I interacted with. They also help me load up my new doors into my truck.

UPDATE:I read the comment below and I called the number below again and of course! I was told to call LG and LG told me to call Lowe’s. Turnaround all over again. Lowe’s has definitely not earned my trust. This issue was not taken seriously like they said they would. I purchased a brand new LG dryer from Lowe’s on October 11th early in the morning. When I bought it, no one mentioned the return policy or warranty details. I picked it up and brought it home the same day, I noticed that the clothes were not drying on my one load & it took a few times to dry it. At first I thought it was that I had too much clothes so I separated it but I knew deep down it wasn’t that. The following day it happened again, the third day it was shutting off no matter how many clothes I had within a few minutes. By October 13th, the dryer already wasn’t working & keeps shutting off. I called Lowe’s to exchange it, but they said I missed the 48-hour return window & told me to contact LG warranty instead. That’s when the real headache began. Over the past 4+ weeks, LG & Lowe’s has been nothing but a hassle. LG initially told me that if the dryer couldn’t be fixed, they would process a return or exchange. Lowe’s said they’ll return it after speaking with LG. They sent a tech (Chris) out twice, causing me to miss work & the dryer was never fixed. The tech insisted my outlet was the problem, by his recommendation I hired an electrician who confirmed it was working perfectly. I even had my neighbor connect his dryer to my outlet & his worked fine. Still, the tech refused to come back & kept blaming the outlet. Since then, LG has no-showed multiple appointments & refusing to come to my house. Lowe’s continues to say they can’t help without an RA number from LG, while LG keeps saying to go through Lowe’s. Total runaround. It’s now been over 4 weeks with no working dryer, & both companies are refusing responsibility. Lowe’s won’t take it back, even though I missed the 48-hour return by just a few hours. At this point, I don’t want an exchange. I want a refund and return it. The dryer is defective from the beginning & the customer service on both ends has been unprofessional & exhausting. I’ve been on the phone with them every other day for over a hour. Sometimes twice a day and nothing is being resolved. This has caused unnecessary stress due to being sold a defective product. I will never buy from Lowe’s again & I will not give up on returning this dryer. Here’s a few of the conversation from the tech and LG via text message.
