  Super smooth experience overall. My roommate & myself left our personal items in storage here for ~5 months with no headache or issues during the entire time. Safe, clean, & friendly facility. Bryan (manager on site) was extremely welcoming & attentive during the set up process and went above and beyond to make sure it was a positive experience for us. Highly recommend.

  we’ve had our unit with Extra Space Storage for over 5 years. From day one we've gotten nothing but excellent service from Brian. Toady we walked in to get our lock cut because I lost key and he just went beyond customer service. He’s genuine care for the clients reassures us our belongings are being greatly taken care off. He’s always available to help. The units are all always clean and secure.   We have been utilizing Extra Space Storage on 967 in Buda for both an external storage area for our trailers and an interior unit housing essential work tools and equipment. Overall, the facility has served our business needs well, and we have genuinely valued the experience — particularly when a knowledgeable, attentive staff member is present on site. Having a physical person available to greet customers, address concerns, answer questions, and provide general oversight of the property makes an enormous difference — especially for commercial customers like ourselves who rely on secure, well-monitored storage for valuable business assets. That human presence instills a level of confidence and accountability that simply cannot be replicated by technology. Unfortunately, we have significant reservations about the recent introduction of the AI kiosk interface. While we understand the industry is evolving, removing the human element from a business built on trust, security, and customer relationships feels like a step in the wrong direction. When issues arise — and in any storage environment, they do — there is no substitute for a real person who can assess the situation, communicate clearly, and take immediate action. An automated kiosk cannot provide that assurance. We strongly encourage Extra Space Storage to reconsider the role of on-site staff and resist fully replacing personal interaction with automated systems. The staff we have worked with have been a true asset to this location, and their presence is a defining reason we have continued our tenancy. We hope that commitment to personalized service remains a priority moving forward.
