They have amped up the customer service, hallelujah! When I'm standing in the aisle of nuts and bolts, scratching my head, an employee quickly jumped in to offer guidance. Not one but about 4 different times was I greeted my a different employee offering assistance throughout the store. I don't walk around with a puzzled look on my face, either lol. But the service here is noticeably improved and I appreciate it!

Horrible customer service experience ever as of right now !!!! Came in with family to browse through the microwaves and stoves as an employee proceed to approach us 20 minutes later just to accuse us of looking suspicious and then following it up with “ I beat people up for that “ check your people Lowe’s ! Extremely upset with this!

Today’s trip to Lowe’s was a disaster.I found plants on sale for 75% off, but when I got to checkout, the staff member was pushy and unhelpful. She ignored my questions about the price and just asked payment. The plants were to be $2 not $4 the total with a bag of garden soil was $15. The staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable and I don’t plan on returning.
