When I'm standing in the aisle of nuts and bolts, scratching my head, an employee quickly jumped in to offer guidance. Not one but about 4 different times was I greeted my a different employee offering assistance throughout the store. I don't walk around with a puzzled look on my face, either lol. But the service here is noticeably improved and I appreciate it!

She ignored my questions about the price and just asked payment. The plants were to be $2 not $4 the total with a bag of garden soil was $15. The staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable and I don’t plan on returning.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
