It’s always the back personnel with the rude behavior and they expect you to be okay. No I’m not going to be okay especially if I’m paying my money. Katrina is the worst and as many bass reviews about her and the Divisional board hasn’t done anything about it is crazy. If I’m set on the 7th and 24th why call me ??? Don’t run my card until them days or change it. Then it don’t go through you hounding and expect me to not get an attitude with your dry monotone voice . Stop it!!! That’s my fault for not looking at the reviews. I have already contacted someone.

Proceeds to say that he talked to me before which isn’t true. I’ve never talked to him again I have never got anything from the store. He said he talked to me and then said he isn’t doing business with me but again I’ve never done any business with the store so whenever I proceed to ask why he wouldn’t do business with me he says he doesn’t need to explain. He just didn’t want to so I asked do you guys just not want business and he proceeded to say we just don’t want business from you again I have never been to the store. I’ve never even been inside of the store. I’ve never been a customer. I’ve never made an account and I’ve never ordered anything from them He was completely unprofessional and extremely rude, and I kept trying to understand why he wouldn’t work with me whenever it’s my first time coming to the store. I’ve never worked with the store in my life and he was just a complete jerk You’re saying he did not have to explain anything to me but again I am a first-time customer. Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
