Order a zero turn on November 30 waited until December 17 and got the bill and never got the tractor call customer service and they told me that they didn't know the delivery date. The delivery date changed 3 time the same date it was going to be delivered.I had asked for day off at work for nothing. last time call them back and they told me it was the store. Call store and they told me they haven't received my zero turn. At the end I had to cancel order do not order from Lowe's really bad customer service.
