The absolute WORST customer service and management experience. Visited 2 stores, waited 15 minutes for assistance, no one availabe. Asked for a manager 3 times, Ruben finally showed up. Manager has No product knowledge
Called the following day, 5 times. No one answered either at ANY department. They should hust shut the store down.
Lowes AI telephone system is not effective .
