I’ve talked to corporate customer service and 3 different people at the store. There’s now been 3 4 hour long “delivery windows” that have been no call no show. This third one I called the store the night before to confirm the washer was actually going to be delivered- they said yes the washer was physically there at the store and would be loaded onto the truck and delivered the next day. when it was another no call no show, I called the store and they said it must have come in late last night and missed being loaded on the truck - well at 5 pm they told me it was there and they had it. I took time off work and missed a gathering with my extended family to be present for these 4 hour “delivery windows” that never happened. We have another scheduled for Monday- I was told to call the store at 7:30 the night before to ask whether the washer was actually loaded on the truck or not. Hopefully that finally works. I’ve never had any issues shopping at this store in person but if you’re trying to order any appliances online, beware.
