Repaired my Polaris pool cleaner recently at no charge ("found a few rocks in the gears").. and a year ago did an extensive repair on the cleaner at no charge ("found out it was under warranty still"). Amazing staff!!!!!!! Go all out for their customers.
- PLPamela LackJul 30, 20251.0They tested pool water and gave me wrong information. Told me alkalinity was low and sold me alkalinity up. Recommended 15 lbs. my alkalinity was actually high! So glad I tested it myself then went to different pool supply to verify. Wont go back. It’s best to test pool water yourself and know pool chemistry. Could if messed my pool up bad.

Unfortunately she doesn't have any control over the services rendered. I bought an expensive filter and paid to have it installed. During the installation the technician exclaimed "Oh s**t" but continued. He had broken a lateral. When finished he told me I would probably have to backwash a lot and should expect to see some glass in the pool. For one whole season I thought I was doing something wrong. When Christine finally helped me figure out what was wrong, the person in charge of services refused to stand behind their work. DON'T get services done by Leslie's they don't stand behind their work.
