Always a good experience when shopping at this store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always someone around to ask for help. Their competition doesn’t compare to this Lowe’s store. And the prices are always lower and they stock a lot more.

I had a terrible experience with a Hisense refrigerator, a Lowe's exclusive model, which died within six months of purchase.
Navigating the replacement process was a nightmare. The company's phone system is awful, and if you manage to reach a live person, there's a 50% chance the call will drop when they transfer you.
After finally getting a replacement ordered, the promised delivery date was delayed multiple times, forcing me to call in repeatedly. After the third delay, I had enough and cancelled the order.
My advice is to avoid Hisense and Lowe's. They might be fine if everything goes perfectly, but the customer service is horrible if anything goes wrong.
