I was on the phone with a representative during the time and we were having technical difficulties with the reservation over the phone call and so the call drops. Making my way to the facility, i walk in right after the call drop and met Mrs Christine. She takes the lead and finishes the reservation and made sure of customer satisfaction, she also made sure of what I was looking for fit my needs for space in the unit. Once again Mrs Christine i appreciate your wonderful customer services. She deserves another raise on her paychecks ! :)
