And they contacted me and told me I didn't need a new lock. I just needed to reset my old lock. Then they called me up and walked me through the process one step at a time. And we got it working! It seems like no one does stuff like that anymore. Just good old fashion manners and helping people out. Kevin and Zane - both stand-up decent men. Very rare these days. I highly recommend Mr. Lock!
