It shouldn't take a 1 ⭐ review to get results. I hope they will improve their customer support going forward. I ordered a key for the battery housing on my bike. The key arrived timely but did not turn in the lock. Support at MrLock did not respond to my requests for help. Buyer be aware. I emailed them three times re this issue.

David called me to tell me he could be there "30" early!! I was SO HAPPY, as I was waiting outside in the cold damp weather. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and COURTEOUS. He genuinely cared about me getting back into my house ASAP. Indeed, he did just that. I highly recommend this company!!!
