  After going to numerous locksmith locations and getting no help, they were amazing with their service and were able to match the key I needed. Highly recommend.

  This is an update to my review set forth below. Only after I submitted my 1 ⭐ review did my issue get fixed. I did receive a key that works. It shouldn't take a 1 ⭐ review to get results. I hope they will improve their customer support going forward. I ordered a key for the battery housing on my bike. The key arrived timely but did not turn in the lock. Support at MrLock did not respond to my requests for help. Buyer be aware. I emailed them three times re this issue.

  They are EXCELLENT!!! I locked myself out of my house last Friday. I spoke to Boomer, he said they had 1 appt. ahead of me. David called me to tell me he could be there "30" early!! I was SO HAPPY, as I was waiting outside in the cold damp weather. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and COURTEOUS. He genuinely cared about me getting back into my house ASAP. Indeed, he did just that. I highly recommend this company!!!
