- KLKirk L2 days ago1.0This site was great for my needs. The reason for 1 star is because after 6 months after I had leased a parking spot for my utility trailer, they more than doubled my rate. When I called to ask if this was a mistake they said no and offered a 10% discount which was still double my original rate. To add insult to injury, after I informed them that I would be moving out at the end of my lease, a few days later I get a call from them saying they had noticed my trailer gone and wondered if I was moving out early. I informed them that I paid for the spot until a certain date and I planned on using it until then. All good, right? Nope. I get a call a week later asking again if I was moving out early. I repeated what I had said last and told them they could have the spot back now if they gave me a prorated refund to which they said no. These guys basically do a bait and switch on the rates and I feel for people who rent storage units and have to pay ridiculous rate increases or take the time to move. Renter be ware.
