I was going to pick up a load of drywall and one of the people working goes if they deliver it they will put it in the spot you would like for it to be. After thinking about it i was like yeah that be lot easier on my dad. I got 50 sheets of 4x12 drywall delivered today and the guys wouldn't help. They just put all the drywall in the middle of the driveway. Now my dad that is having health problems had to take all 50 sheets of drywall from driveway into the building. Would've been much easier off the trailer, instead had to bend over and pick it all up. If I would've known this I would've took off work today so i could'vemoved all the drywall myself. Grrrr.

After the third time, I feel I have to leave a review — something I really didn’t want to do, but I’m beyond frustrated. I needed a bathroom vanity and decided to purchase one from Lowe’s. Everything was ready for installation Saturday morning, but when I opened the box, it looked like the vanity had been dropped from a plane. The box itself was in good shape, yet the vanity inside was shattered into small pieces.
Given the condition of the box, it almost seems like the damage happened before packaging — though I can’t say for sure. What I do know is this: it’s the third time I’ve bought a vanity or cabinet from Lowe’s and had to return it because it arrived broken. That’s unacceptable. Something clearly needs to change. Perhaps more care during loading and unloading, or better supervision overall. If not, Lowe’s is going to keep losing loyal customers like me.

I have done business at Lowe's in Beaumont for decades . Unfortunately that all came to an end today. I went in today and purchased a list of building materials for a remodeling project I'm working on. I found all the items I needed and paid for them. The sales associate called for a forklift operator to come get a container of Bead Board off an extremely high shelf and I was told it would be 30 minutes before the operator was free. Over the next 2 hours the incompetence I witnessed was unbelievable. The only thing worse was the indifference shown by the associates. There were 4 or 5 calls made to supervisors that were never answered. The young lady at the service desk did manage to refund my money without incident. Long story short this will do me with Lowe's. Having 1 certified forklift operator at a store the size of this one is laughable. I gave a 1 star review because there wasn't a zero. Over 2 hours waiting on a forklift operator that never showed up is unacceptable.
