I had an outstanding experience at the Lowe’s in Beaumont, TX today thanks to Amaya. I would give them a 0 if posssible. We bought a washer and dryer 3 das ago. A washer is no good without a dryer. One of the installers put OUR adapter, needed to plug it in in his pocket and walk off. This adapter cannot be found anywhere in Beaumont. We started calling them by noon that day to get the part back. So far all we have gotten is "we'll call you back (which has not happened). We have called them at least twice a day. We just keep being told lies. We have gotten a few lessons, one being schooled in mumble, double talk and avoidance. I wouldn't even drive by that place again!

I ordered my Mom a stove for Christmas and the brand is Midea electric stove. The delivery guys have not heard about this love so when hooking it up the made sure the burners came on but not the oven so when my mom went to cook the oven did not come on. Read through the book as well as went online and found tops to get it out of demo (travel) mode ect nothing so that Friday the same guys came and said the heating element is faulty. So here we are on Tuesday they are delivering another stove. I will update my post if it all works out. Let's just hope Christmas dinner will not be take out. 😭🤞🏼
