Kennon Morton is a stand out employee!! I needed help with finishing a very unknown product “OFF Roach Traps” and despite him being from a different team entirely he went out of his way to provide Lowe’s Customer Service. He is truly a remarkable person and should be considered for promotion within the company he’s is that good :)

I purchased 15 bags of mulch that were infested with termites! I didn’t notice any not noticing the crawling termites until I went to spread the 10 bags of much that I already poured. After noticing, I then checked the remaining unopened bags to verify if those too were infested which they were. I called Lowe’s and spoke to Sherrill-Ann whom was extremely rude and would not give me an answer on if I needed to bring them all back to the store or if a video showing the termites would be enough for them to do a refund. I decided to bring one of the bags that I hadn’t poured back and was then told by Sherrill-Ann if I wanted a refund I would have to bring them all back but I couldn’t not get a refund on the bags that were already poured! This is extremely frustrating and will now cause a huge inconvenience over the fact that I have to get rid of this infested mulch and have an exterminator come to treat for termites!
