Now she's gone and the customer service sucks.I got service yesterday which didn't get finished because Megan told me a time and I waited at that time..and nothing so I'm busy I had to leave..so my service wasn't complete. I called and asked for it to be completed and she said it couldn't be. Call today about it and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong at the time?!? Absolutely not ma'am you told me the wrong time and adamently argued you were right?! Terrible attitude and customer service from the office! And now all of a sudden they're not servicing my area anymore and I need to find new service?! This is absolute trash and I'm very upset the way I was treated and talked to by Megan and now I have to find someone new after years of being comfortable with my service and my technician!? 0/10 do not recommend dealing with her or the company cause obviously being a great customer and loyal customer..they're just going to throw you away like nothing..😞 terrible experience.. thanks a lot metro 👌😒
