Usual Home Improvement place. Store is usually clean and organized. Staff is somewhat helpful but they rarely engage you.

Curbside is terrible today management may need to check what’s going on. I’ve sat for soon too be 2 hours for an order of 6 spray paint cans to be pulled.we drove an hour to get here when we received emails saying it was ready only to get here and wait another hour because they said it’s not. I’ve never had a problem here till today but this is ridiculous for it to take 2hrs for 6 cans and I’ve been the only curbside person here for 2hrs.

Juventino, I hope you read this and my email I have sent and hope you address the issue with Sylvia at self checkout and Sheryl-Ann who was semi part of it as she just wanted to insert herself. I purchased 4 items from this location, a huge door, and 3 door related items. SYLVIA thought it was a logical idea to CHASE ME out the store and ACCUSE me of stealing! She then proceeds to GET IN MY FACE and begin saying “what are you gonna do about it” x4 as I tell her she better get away from me. As I’m about to leave because I’m choosing to no longer involve myself, I see 2 VERY concerned employees just EYEING ME DOWN from the door. I so then get off the car and ask SHERYL ANN if she is SYLVIAS manager. Mrs Sheryl then proceeds to tell me “you need to come inside yo talk to me” so I oblige. I start explaining what happened, show my receipt to Sheryl and Sylvia wants to continue to run her mouth. Mrs Sheryl then has to put her arm in front of Sylvia in an attempt to stop her from ATTACKING ME. People like Sylvia have absolutely ZERO BUSINESS directly interacting with customers ESPECIALLY taking it as far as CHASING A VISIBLY PREGNANT WOMAN AND HER CHILD OUT THE STORE ACCUSING HER OF SHOPLIFTING. Not only to continue to cause a disturbance in your store but she also INSULTS ME AS A MOTHER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS! “Wow and you’re doing this in front of your child?” “Wow lady your kid is right there” “look at your kid he’s acting just like you” etc. SHE SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED and realize no job is ever that serious to chase customers out the store and then for Sheryl Ann to then invite a clearly upset customer back in to confront me. I will be emailing you shortly. I spoke with Tay the AM and she was very open to listening and very polite. I hope to see a resolution from this. Also just to throw in there since I’m here. I had to explain to 3 employees what the difference was between a door hinge and and door knob….
