Me habían recomendado esta tienda por la calidad de productos que no se consiguen en otro sitio. Fui por primera vez a comprar mi podadora de césped y otras cosas. El vendedor me informo que por ser cliente nuevo podia participar en la aprobación de tarjeta de crédito de 12 meses sin interés, o un 20% descuento en mi compra. Le dije al vendedor que SI, pero que quería la opción de la tarjeta de crédito por 12 meses sin intereses. Solicité la tarjeta de crédito allí mismo en la tienda, me la aprobaron. Al momento de pagar, el vendedor me asistió con la cajera de turno para ayudarme a traducir porque no hablo muy bien el idioma. La cajera proceso la compra y asumi que había dado la opción de la tarjeta de crédito ya aprobada con las condiciones de 12 meses sin intereses por mi compra. Me retiro del sitio. Guarde mi factura y me fui. Pues cual es mi sorpresa que después de usar mis productos, pasaron 2 meses y por chequeo reviso mi app de la tarjeta de crédito de Loewes, trabajan con Synchrony bank, pues, me aplicaron la compra con intereses. Y al revisar mi factura vi que la cajera me aplico el descuento del 20% al momento de la compra y me pasó el crédito sin opción de los 12 meses. Que? Que rayos pasó? Llamé al banco y me dijeron que si en la tienda me reversible la compra ellos podrían ayudarme y devolver el dinero cobrado en intereses. Pues, fui a la tienda de Baytown, TX y expliqué al vendedor lo que ocurrió. El vendedor fue amable y solicitó a la manager de esa tienda, la señora fue grosera y con una actitud de indiferencia frente a mi situación. No hizo nada por ver si podía ayudarme, porque el error cometido fue de una de sus empleados( cajera de turno) además ya no tenía opción de devolver la compra por haber pasado el tiempo de 30 días. Pésima experiencia. Muy denigrante atención por parte de la señora manager. La indiferencia que mostró hacia mi solicitud fue desagradable. Una compra de las de $1000. Y no quisieron ayudarme. No los recomiendo para nada. Seguiré comprando a futuro en HOMEDEPOT.

Very bad attention from ATMs and customer service, they also give false information when applying to the Credit Card, the negligent manager like no one else, and rude, I would not buy more there, that's why Home Depot is much better! HA that number I have called and it was the same situation and poor quality response and service say one thing for TLF and do another what employees in physical!

I had an excellent experience while shopping at Lowe’s.
The store is clean, the variety of products is very good and the associates are helpful, professional and friendly.
The associate who helped me (Tay) was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the product I needed and trust me, that wasn’t easy.
Definitely will continue shopping here and highly recommend this store.
