Called 4 times to inquire about copying a small motorcycle key, their immediate response as soon as they hear the word “motorcycle” is to cut you off tell you they don’t service motorcycles and hang up the call. They don’t allow you to say anything else nor ask questions about other services. First 2 calls were a girl and the third call was a guy, all with the same result. 4th call was a different woman, at which point I started with a complaint about this situation, her response was they had no records of my other calls, so I was unable to leave an official complaint. Extremely unprofessional business.
