When I got home to use them I was missing 2. We tried to call the store and no one answer. Being it was Black Friday I didn’t want to go back because they were busy. I went to the store today, and told I am assuming a manager what happened, and showed my receipt. I told her I called and she said they can’t hear the phone in the front. She then called someone and said that if it was not let in the return then they would check the cameras. She came back to tell me that I received all items I paid for and pretty much called me a lair. It wouldn’t be a big deal about 2- 1.99 picks it was the principle. I paid for items I didn’t receive and customer service treated me as I lied. I was going to repurchase the 2 picks as I need them to finish what I was doing, but I thought about it and walked out.
