- BBBlake BurnsOct 6, 20251.0The facility is beautiful, clean, well lit, the indoor space is cool and spacious, and if you're willing to look a bit there's always a cart around. Probably the best facilities in town. However, it is the most mismanaged organization I have ever patronized. I made a reservation or a 10x20 unit, and paid for a 10x20 unit, had a receipt for a SINGLE 10x20 unit, only to be given two 10x10 units. Moving a 3 bedroom house, complete with beds and couches, I could not use two separate units. This was not an issue of availablity, it was simply the illegal practice of bait and switch. This crime was compounded by then telling me that since they transferred me to a bigger unit, it actually cost more than two units. Even though I already had a receipt for a single 10x20, paid through October. Which brings me to this week, when I was locked out, gatecode rescinded, and told my account was delinquent. I walked into the office today, October 6, with documentation that showed I had nothing owed until November 1. The representive conceded that I was correct and said "I can waive the late fee" as if it was an grace I should be thankful for, when she should have offered an apology in the first place. I have now been told that "My move out is complete" DESPITE STILL BEING PAID UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH! I cannot truly convey the depths of my frustration and disbelief that a business can be run in such a way.
