- KTKerryonte TurleyJan 20, 20261.0Places like this perdon my language but they do not give a care she so called reached out to me but if you see a person is not answering by phone then you have a contact email I been at the storage for six months I never step on property but once and I can tell from expire ce my stuff being outside there possibly of rats eating at the things you own when there a price change the office it's self doesn't contact you only when your payment is delayed now for months I have asked them to update my information so I can pay on the app instead of always having to call the number I'm behind two payments and they are trying to put more storage up for auction then I reach out to manager she claims that someone threatened her simply telling because of what the paperwork says I'm moving out I no longer need the unit and she says well pay your balance with attitude and think someone supposed to be nice and they are telling you they would like to not continue the service how is threatening you and saying when they do pay their balance they asking you to remove the lock so they can get their possession because the prices changes and they do not stay on that side of town people like this manager particularly are dramatic and will not have me in any trouble from efforts of being in communication about my items that was in my storage I literally just lossed a storage unit last year with all the memories of my daughter and myself I'm not doing that again so please if you can do anything I would really watch who you rent out to and the location because I have heard some very untasteful things about this storage unit I had no choice at the time And ps anybody would be upset if you repeating yourself and acting like someone is deaf to your hearing you putting things on their account
