Back in 2023 I did a rent to own lease with them and never had a problem never had them call me always called ahead a time if I knew I was gonna be late on a payment I got my first big L sectional couch from them and after finally owning the couch because of how good and smooth everything was going I got a washer and dryer set from them in 2024. They've come to my house when it a was a glitch in their system that i havent paid. Continuously called me another, I guess customers name. While nothing changed from me I still call ahead I make my payments. Right on the dot in the morning of when my payments due they'll call me. Multiple times they said I havent paid but I've made a payment have to tell them what time who I talked to. I keep clear communication with them and they make it seem like im (the customer)is the problem. Would not recommend at all to go to them 2023 they were amazing i dont know what changed but 2024-2025 they've disappointing.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
