- CHChris HuegelOct 21, 20251.0Beware of the fineprint of Accublue terms and agreements. They put a blanket statement in their agreement that states that they can recoup any equipment damages from the customer, but they do not list the equipment price or maximum amount of damages that can be collected. When I called Leslie's to inquire about this they did confirm they had the right to collect damages as they see necessary based on their assessment of the equpiment. They would not provide a maximum dollar amount or equipment replacement cost. By signing this agreement you are litterally signing a blank check.... no thank you Leslie's.

I (and others in the store) experienced the worst customer service today by( Lawrence B). He was rude, huffing, puffing, slamming things, and literally berated a man with a professional account right in front of me, throwing his paperwork and receipt paper. It is so completely unprofessional. Granted, he was the only employee working at the moment, but this does not excuse his behavior. I am a new pool owner, so I came in for the very first time today to have water tested. I was handed paperwork and told the things that were recommended, but not shown where to look, I'm a little clueless being new, after I spent considerably time looking around, he then circled back and said did you find everything and I replied, "no" because I was not sure where everything is, then he offered to help. I saw online that Leslie's offer military/first responder discount, which I indicated we qualified for, but he did not apply that. So, I'm leaving this location today very frustrated and looking to go elsewhere.

He is patient and figures out the issues needed. We are very pleased with their service department and the local Bastrop Leslie's is great as well and very convenient.
