- AHAnna Hegar1 day ago1.0I usually enjoy going to hobby lobby but this evening, I had a negative experience that involved my daughter and her two friends. The managers are extremely unhelpful, not kind and extremely rude! I do not appreciate people who profile others because they think they might be doing something when really, they aren’t, especially a group of girls who are just having fun. While I understand that they had been asked to give the toys to the manager, and they had already put them down somewhere else, that doesn’t give anyone the right to say scary language and say the words she said to my group of kids. Extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and doesn’t go with what they preach for being a faith based store. I am very upset that someone would say what they said and profile my daughter and her friends in the evening before closing time, and act like they were up to no good. I will NOT support a company that doesn’t respect their customers and will not tolerate an adult treating others like that.

There are some great deals and there is a lot of overpriced junk but everyone I talked to was very helpful . I will definitely be back next week to see what’s new.
