    I’m sure my containers will be great when they arrive, but tracking says they arrived yesterday and they didn’t. When I go to report an issue, it says that packages may arrive 10 DAYS AFTER they are reported to have been delivered. Wut?!

    I know they are probably forced to do this -- but whoever in corporate has driven the people on the floor to be more aggressive than furniture store and use car salesman is doing the company a disservice. I just want to look around without having 5 people in 5 minutes ask me if I need help.

    I needed a little bit of organization for kitchen utensils. Leanne was super helpful. In just a few minutes she helped me find exactly what I needed. They even have utensils, so I could verify that what we selected would work.

    1/22 …Ordered online and attempted to pickup in store today. Found an item and drove an hour north to pickup. Paid online, item was in stock, your typical setup. I had some time to kill, so looked around the store and grabbed a few things here and there. Went to check out with the lady with a blonde bob, who was left of the doors. The interaction started off typical and I told her that my pickup should also be ready soon because I’d placed my order hours ago. It wasn’t ready, the status said delayed but the item was in stock and I’d walked right past a stack of them. So, I said can I just grab one of those and we move forward…she said sure. I grab a basket and hauled up the huge double bin trash can and walk back to the register. When I got there, the lady acted like it was the first time she saw me. Had to explain the situation again and by that time a line had formed. I had only been standing there about 45 seconds after I told her the situation a second time, when she started to short circuit. I’d asked her what was the next step and she said it’s going to take you a while to get it? I’m completely confused at her condescending tone. So I asked again, what do you mean by that? She wanted me to step out of the line to cancel the order and go to the end of the line. Girl, what?! I don’t work here and don’t have a way to cancel/refund myself. I then ask if it’s possible to get an eta on when the item would be ready. Maybe the wait wouldn’t be as long. With the biggest attitude, the lady tells me she can’t help me because there are other people in line. ( At this point, I’ve only been there 2 mins) I stepped out of line because the cashier was ill equipped to handle a minor issue and was on the verge of a major meltdown if I didn’t get out her way so she could serve the other customers who had been waiting 90 Seconds. She wasn’t interested in serving me. Luckily, a very kind gentleman working in the wardrobe session, listened to me, saw the error on the store’s part and took care of the transaction with no problem. He too was busy but found a way to provide good service. He even loaded it into my vehicle. Less than 5 mins to fix, the cashier just didn’t want to help me. I appreciate the male associate for making it right but I’ll never return to this store or support this brand again.
