I had a very frustrating experience at this Lowe’s pickup location. I arrived to pick up an order of 144 concrete retaining wall blocks, which were already stacked on a pallet and clearly ready to be loaded with a forklift.
When I politely asked for assistance loading the pallet into my truck, the employee who identified herself as the manager refused and told me I had to load everything by hand. This made no sense given that the materials were already palletized and could have been loaded safely in seconds using a forklift.
What made the situation worse was her attitude. At one point, she told me, “Are you going to take it or not?” in a dismissive and unprofessional tone, instead of trying to help or offer a solution.
When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed she was the manager, yet showed no willingness to assist. Only after insisting and speaking with another employee was I finally able to get help.
I work in construction, and situations like this should be handled efficiently and safely. Expecting someone to hand-load over 1,100 lbs of material when proper equipment is available is unreasonable.
Management should review how this location handles third-party pickups and customer service. This experience was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult.

No very customer service oriented. Early morning visit and no one was in the mood to help. Paint counter associate was friendly but the cashier at the service desk had an attitude because I was paying with cash. Slamming the scanner and generally rude. Wouldn’t recommend. Walmart or Home Depot.

Pedro is an absolute gem – exceptional employee!
I have to give a huge shout-out to Pedro at this Lowe's. He spent nearly an hour helping me choose the right flooring for my house – knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get exactly what I needed. He walks the floor with such a friendly, professional attitude that I honestly thought he was the manager. Coming back for my landscaping project and will be asking for Pedro again without hesitation. This is what great customer service looks like!
