    Worst lowes ever. Drive 2 hours for roofing panels on discount to find out that the panels were the right ones but we're tagged wrong at a even higher price than what they originally were. And the manager just wanted to argue and say they didn't have what I was looking for

    I have been coming to the store for years and they have completely lost my business there is no one to be around and when call people they get somebody and nobody ever shows up. I am just standing there like a dumbass for no reason. We asked somebody if they could please grab us a sand bag from the top that was not located in the selling Location and we needed it for a job nobody ever came and we were in a hurry and we had to grab it our self’s I guess they need to start hiring customers. This is ridiculous. Will not be coming here ever again and I am a pro member

    I was with my kids on a big trip to Lowes for paint & gardening, and while I was loading my trunk I dropped a gallon of primer in the parking lot and it went everywhere. Unfortunately, along with all of my clothes, someone else's car got some paint on it, and the Lowe's team did an amazing job helping us and de-escalating the other person who was very unhappy about it. Kim from customer service and Kathryn the store manager handled this situation so beautifully. They were helpful and kind and just went way above and beyond to take care of it. It's just so rare to find these special people in retail and I am so appreciative of their kindness.

    Ariel helped me find something from 2 different departments. Well, he was close but not perfect. Then I had another associate guide me closer, but still not there. Then Sam found the needed item 3 aisles away. Everybody did a good job 👍🏼⭐️

    Oof, it's so hard to get assistance and literally trying to order one item and get my "Pro CC" $20 delivery fee and apparently there is no employee that is properly trained enough to help with a single sku online order. You call and you can literally drive to the store and place my own order in the system. As an ex employee this is so crazy. Why do I own this stupid card anymore, now I am thinking of just paying the dang $79 delivery and cancelling this CC for good.
