  I just walked out of N Austin/RR620, TX #1015 around 2:30pm on 11/6/25. I tried to buy a Pentair Cartridge Filter and he told me I need to call your install team before I can buy. Is that true? I'm ready to drop $1600-$1800 and he didn't care. He was really rude and short with me. You'll see I buy from this location throughout the year. I won't be back.

  This is a great location, it's always well stocked and the staff is always friendly and helpful and are happy to answer any questions I have.

  I've going to this location since 2009 when it was Warehouse Pool Supply - a couple of the current employees have been there since those days. This crew knows what they're talking about when it comes to your pool problems.
