  Out of all the Hobby Lobby locations here in Austin, Texas I truly believe that THIS particular location is the absolute best one of them all! NOT ONLY do they always make sure to have everything stocked up and organized well and correctly on every isle. They keep up with maintaining the floors from getting all scuffed up like they usually are in every other Hobby Lobby store. Which actually is a very serious issue that these stores have historically always had EVRYWHERE! The employees are always very kind and patient with me whenever I come inside. They don't hover around me constantly or purposely stay right next to me inside of my personal space bubble. (3 feet around me in every direction is what I consider to be "MY personal space bubble") They also do not get frustrated or blatantly irritated whenever you ask them a question about where something is inside of the store. Instead, they actually stop & try to help you with whatever you need. I realllyyyyy appreciate them for that alone just SO much. Basically long story LONG...lol... this Hobby Lobby is on POINT y'all! It's more than worth it to visit this store if you find yourself needing to go to a Hobby Lobby!!! 5 STARS FOR SURE! KEEP IT UP YOU GUYS! Y'all are truly doing a fantastic job!

  I just got the worst experience ever, and terrible way how they treat people. It used to be one of my favorites stores it is sad how they treat their loyal customers.

  A crafter's paradise in Austin! Hobby Lobby on the southwest side of Austin is an absolute dream for anyone who loves arts, crafts, and home décor. The store is huge, well-organized, and packed with an incredible variety of supplies for every kind of creative project imaginable. Prices are very reasonable, and the frequent sales make it even better value. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this place will inspire you every single time!

  This is one HUGE Hobby Lobby. I can see now why articles are written online about things to purchase. Our local store isn't half as nice. I can't say much for the employees on the floor as they are not very customer oriented. As with any Hobby Lobby we have been to in the past year you see a lot of employees around and 1 or 2 registers open. The lines do not always move fast. Hobby has yet to catch up to the easy process of scanning the sku's instead of manually typing the price in for EVERYTHING. It is a good thing they have sales on just about everything since 90% of it comes from China. As with any store like this it is overpriced for what you are getting and the quality. It is fun to come in a search as you never know what you will find. The parking lot is a nightmare. The one thing about Texas, the drivers in this state are not keen on pedestrians, even when the pedestrian has the right of way in the flipping crosswalk. WE watched a lady almost get run over in the crosswalk because a car was NOT going to let her finish walking in the crosswalk in front of the store. Austin is a nightmare at best to navigate.
