- WGWilliam GalloMar 27, 20265.0I have to say, my experience with Extra Space Storage was very pleasant. I honestly chose them because they were the closest to my home. It was very easy to set up. Took maybe 15 minutes or less. Then, when I had my truck loaded up I went to my unit. There was a receipt zip tied to the lock, I cut it, got my lock and key from inside the unit. Unloaded my truck locked up and left. That easy. The only complaint was the gate would not open with the app. Had to use the key pad, but it was not that big of a deal. The over all experience was great.
