  The team at Extra Space has always been super accommodating during my time with them. I had a couple units here and every time I had to extend the term or get questions answered, they were quick to respond and always really kind. Good crew!

  I have been using this extra space for almost 2 years now. Management is always very communicative, it is always super clean, I am never worried about my stuff. My last storage unit was constantly closed, had cameras or elevators down, and I have NEVER had that experience here which is great for my peace of mind. Really recommend!

  Service was great with Lindsey. However, prices dramatically increased consistently year over year. Also, there was a break in last year where my unit and several other units were burglarized after a power outage and the security doors were left open allowing someone to come in and drill out several locks. Accessing the unit became such a hassle as the road work never seemed to come to an end

  Excellent customer service!!! They were extremely helpful answering any questions. I will definitely come to Extra Space for any of my storage needs. Lindsey is awesome!!!

  When I signed my contract here, my monthly payment was $62/month. That was in 2023. I have a 5 foot deep and 10 foot wide space with them on the 4th floor of the storage unit. My monthly payment has gone now to $180 a month. A difference of almost $1500 annually. This is INSANE! Anyways, I thought it would be interesting to call from a different number to setup a different unit (same size) and was told that I could go online and check what rates are... If I were to sign up to a different unit in the same building my rate would be $96/month. Slimy business model. So you are telling me that if I sign up for a new unit it will cost less than if I keep my current unit? What is even more comical is as I try to leave online I get an "ACT NOW AND SAVE" they are now offering me a 15X10 for $157/month. Trash business exploiting people. She said "we sent snail mail to you to let you know that your membership was going to go up". Get out of here.. Went up $118/month. Picking my stuff up and headed elsewhere. I mean sure go here if you like wasting your money. Paying 3.60 per Sqft is more than double the cost of your average apartment here in Austin. Stupid. What happened to customer loyalty?
