- PPPT2 days ago1.0DO NOT STORE HERE. There is a rat infestation and it's been ongoing for over seven months. The rats on third floor ruined so many of my keepsakes. I was crying so hard when I found out, so many things were ruined. Its unacceptable that it's been an ongoing rat problem for so long. The smell here is atrocious and intoxicating. Its also super hot here, you will get dizzy and have heat headaches if you're here for a long while sorting/unpacking. RAT INFESTATION ONGOING STILL in April 2026, after seeing rats running around December time. Incompetent staff also, just ask for cleaning supplies and large bags from them and theyll have to give you some. Your money shouldn't be spent here after not maintaining the facility to good standards/temperature. DO NOT STORE HERE, I repeat – Your items WILL get destroyed.
