- LSLana StroupMar 13, 20261.0DO NOT USE, EVERYTHING STOLEN. 4500 South Congress Austin TEXAS OTHERS HIT TOO, and I learned not the first rash of thefts, but I never researched. They were uncooperative at every stage. NO CAMERAS INSIDE (?) they said they had film of the outside with “my items” but wouldn’t help me in any way so it made the report impossible. Detective had to supena to see it. I had just cancelled my insurance before theft. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND HOW LITTLE they insure anything for. Co offered me a discount two months. I was not in country. So I’m paying for garbage left there now. Took everything I had left of value devastated. This is the new America we have now. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE CUSTOMERS. Please beware.
- EJEmily JavanMar 13, 20265.0Affordable rentals if you get them online. The customer service has always been really friendly when I call. Only gotcha will be when you pay month to month. They will increase your rent based on "market value" demand for units every 3-6mon unless you pay for fixed rate up front. The online deals will be really good but you have to call to confirm they've locked in your rates. But otherwise units are always clean and secure and very quick to get. You pay for a lock every time you get a new unit so call if you already have one from previous rentals. Locks will differ between sites in town.
